Dell G15 5530 Review After 2 Years of Use

As you know, the upcoming festival is Diwali. This diwali you know that the price of phone laptops is increasing. As I bought it 2 years ago, one laptop name is Dell G15. It’s a gaming laptop.

The laptop model is Dell G15 5530. I purchased this laptop offline in chennai official dell store. I bought this laptop at Rs 78,500 including one G series bag with them.

Today I checked this laptop's price. I am really shocked by the price of a laptop. There is a huge difference. I will attach the bill of the laptop with the current price available on the site and help you to where I can get the best deal.

First, I will introduce the configuration of the product, then I will tell the real experience after 2 years of use and current performance.

The Configuration of laptop :- Core i5 13th Gen 13450HX Processor. It comes with 16GB DDR5 RAM with 512gb ssd. There is RTX 3050 6gb.

Now, I will come to the point that the GPU that comes with this laptop is RTX 3050 6gb.

NVIDIA has RTX AND GTX . RTX is better than GTX. I will suggest you to go with RTX.

Now, come to my experience and its performance and after 2 years what is the condition of this laptop . what issues face and whether this product is worth or not.

Pros

1. There are many options available in this price range like Msi, Asus , HP Victus model, Acer. In this range all the laptop configuration is old at that time. No one beat the hardware configuration with this laptop except Acer. I didnt like the acer laptop design special thermal part of the laptop. After so much comparison, finally I took this.

2. This laptop comes with an RGB 4 zone that really looks good. And also at night working is mother even your roommate switches off the light.



3. In this laptop there is a G button available that is really good and impressive. You can switch the perforation mode . when you tap on G button



4. When you are playing a game there is no render in the graphics. It's so smooth. If you are working for a long time, sometimes you notice that your laptop is heating . you just tap on the G Button. Your laptop gets cool in the 30s.

5. The thermal design is very good.

6. You can extend the ssd as per the users need. There is one major plus point is there is no need to replace previous ssd. There 2 slots for ssd one is a micro m2 slot that is already occupied. You can add one more ssd. The normal m2 slot is vacant.

7. The laptop adapter is heavy around 240w. Quick charging support.







8. In this laptop option Available always ac mode to prevent battery draining.

9. Simply go to the MY dell app and set the settings. You can save battery life while using the laptop. Try to always use the adapter. I am really impressed with this.

Cons

• If you want to upgrade ram there are slots available. There are two 8gb ram. Either one has to remove it for upgrade.
• The display quality of the laptop is average. I am ignoring the display quality compromises because of its performance in this range.
• Laptop and charger weight is heavy to carry.
• Touchpad size is smaller
• Sometimes black screen error
• My final opinion on this product:-
• Ya,its really very good performance while i playing games and working. Looking is also good. You can consider it.
• After 2 years of use, there are no such issues in the keyboard and touch pad. Still the performance is good.
